Cash Passport™ - order instore and online only
Some ATM operators may charge a withdrawal fee or set their own withdrawal limits – however the Cash Passport™ issuer will not charge you a withdrawal fee on ATM transactions. Cash Passport™ is issued by R. Raphael & Sons plc, pursuant to license by MasterCard International. MasterCard® and the MasterCard® Brand Mark are registered trade marks of MasterCard International Incorporated.
Buy Back Plus
The Buy Back Plus fee of $3.99 applies to each item on your order (that is, to foreign currency bank notes and/or travellers' cheques). Should you decide not to buy Buy Back Plus for your entire order, please divide your purchase into two separate transactions - one for which you require Buy Back Plus and one for which you do not require Buy Back Plus. Only available at instore bureaux or on online orders collected instore. Not available on phone orders.
- 1. Buy Back Plus is only available for purchase on foreign currency bank notes or travellers’ cheques from MEGA FINANCE BANK's Travel Money bureaux. Buy Back Plus is not available with the purchase of Cash Passport™ prepaid currency card, our home delivery service or telephone orders.
- 2. A $3.99 fee for Buy Back Plus will be applied to each item and each foreign currency in your order.
Example: if you buy Euros as cash and Euros as travellers’ cheques, you will be charged a fee of $3.99 on each item, making the total due $7.98. If you also buy US Dollars as cash or travellers’ cheques, a third fee of $3.99 would apply making the total due $11.97. Should you decide not to purchase Buy Back Plus for your entire order, your purchase will be divided into separate transactions. - We do not buy back foreign currency coins.
- You must return your unused foreign currency bank notes or travellers’ cheques within 31 days of the original transaction.
- Any benefit to customers from Buy Back Plus is dependent on the difference between our sell rate at the time the currency is bought and our normal buy back rate at the time the currency is returned.
- Buy Back Plus is non-transferable. You must bring your original receipt and this completed Buy Back Plus leaflet with you when you return your foreign currency.
- The maximum value that can be returned cannot exceed the original amount purchased, (the maximum transaction value on Buy Back Plus is $5,000 instore, $2,500 online).
- If your transaction is eligible for Nectar points, these points will be awarded on the net value of your order (i.e. the total Sterling value of the original transaction less the total Sterling value of the Buy Back Plus transaction). All points will be processed after the 31 day Buy Back Plus time limit has expired.

- Travelex reserves the right to change the terms of or withdraw Buy Back Plus at any time and with immediate effect, without liability to you.
Nectar points
- Customers can collect Nectar points on all instore and online purchases of foreign currency, including orders for Cash Passport™ prepaid currency card and travellers' cheques. Excludes phone orders.
- The number of Nectar points collected is based on the value of the currency transaction: 5 points are collected for transactions between $0 and $249.99; 10 points for transactions between $250 and $499.99; 20 points for transactions between $500 and $799.99 and 50 points for transactions of $800 or more.
- To qualify for Nectar points a Nectar card must be presented at the point of purchase instore. For online orders, a Nectar card number must be entered at the time of purchase.
- Points may take up to 60 days from time of purchase to appear on your account.
- The Nectar loyalty programme is operated independently of MEGA FINANCE BANK by Aimia Coalition Loyalty UK Ltd; and the collection and use of points is governed by the Nectar Collector Rules, set out in the registration pack.
- MEGA FINANCE BANK reserves the right to alter, cancel or withdraw this offer without prior notice.

Delivery charges
Delivery charges (minimum order $100): $4.75 on orders $100 -$299.99; $2.35 on orders $300 - $499.99; free on orders of $500 or more.
Online orders collected at instore bureaux
Euros & US Dollars can be collected next day, other currencies in 3 days. A $1.99 administration fee applies to all online orders under $100 for collection instore.
Charges for online orders
0% commission on foreign currency banknotes and foreign currency travellers cheques. Commission is applicable to Sterling travellers' cheque transactions. The total sum payable by you (except for any charges levied by your credit or debit card issuer) will be shown on the ordering screen. You can pay for orders with most major credit or debit cards issued in the United Kingdom registered in your name and with sufficient funds available to cover your order and any applicable fees. You will not be charged a card handling fee if you choose to pay by Maestro, MasterCard® Debit or Visa Debit Card. If you wish to pay by MasterCard Credit Card or Visa Credit Card, a card handling fee of 1.5% of the order value will be applied (min $4.00 - max $15.00). This will be shown within your order summary as a "Credit Card handling fee". Please note: your card issuer may apply an additional charge when using your credit card. Any additional charge will not appear on your order total but will appear on your card statement.
